why I should run around the gymn
20 times.
He said, "Because running is
your best defense!"

Let not sin therefore reign in your
mortal body, that ye should obey
it in the lusts thereof:

No one wants to be "beat up" by a
bully!
Therefore, self defense mechanisms
are taught.
Every time you see the word
"therefore" in the Bible, you should
ask yourself, "what is it there for?"
In the verse above, the "therefore"
is leading the discussion to "let NOT"
sin have command over you.
Be alert, awake, watching carefully!
When a caustic person approaches,
be ready to find an ESCAPE!
When sin, which is a caustic enemy,
approaches, be ready to RUN!
To RUN from sin is not cowardice;
it is an act of self-defense!
And, WHERE shall we RUN?
To PRAYER!
Against sin, we cannot depend
upon our physical, mental or
emotional abilities.
We must depend upon the One
Who has DEFEATED sin!
We must be alert, awake and
watching carefully.
The ole devil uses trickery and
deceit, trying to lure us into sin.
And our greatest DEFENSE
is to ALWAYS be ON defense!
READY to RUN to the
SAVIOR!
Ps. 61:2-3 says, "From the end
of the earth will I cry unto Thee,
when my heart is overwhelmed:
lead me to the rock that is
higher than I.
For Thou hast been a shelter
for me, and a strong tower
from the enemy."
