Ps 30:6-7
6 And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
7 LORD, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong:
thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.

Prosperity tends to stigmatize the brain with well-being.
God had delivered David from Saul, and made David king of Israel.
He felt as though he would never have another bad day.
God’s “favour” had made David strong.
But, when God hid His “face,” David was troubled!
Prosperity sometimes leads to presumption!
David assumed he would “never be moved!”
No matter what our financial state, we should remember that we are:
“wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:” before God! (Rev 3:17)
Each day we need to be on our knees, begging for God’s help!
No day is prosperous without God’s guidance.
Love ya!
