"CONSTRAINETH"
Alexander Hamilton once said,

2 Cor 5:14-15
14 For the love of Christ constraineth us;
because we thus judge, that if one died for
all, then were all dead:
15 And that he died for all, that they which
live should not henceforth live unto themselves,
but unto him which died for them, and rose again.

_______THOUGHT______________
The word "constraineth" comes from the Greek
sunecho.
It means to hold together, or compress.
It is the exciting thing about Christ's love that
compels us to live for His purposes.
Paul says, in Eph. 2:5, "Even when we were
DEAD in sins, (God) hath QUICKENED us
together with Christ,.."
To be WITHOUT Christ is to be DEAD to God.
To be WITH Christ is to be ALIVE in Him!
Though ALL were dead, Christ CAME to SAVE
us!
He died that we might be forgiven!
He died that we might live FULLY in His
wonderful Grace.
He rose from the grave that we might be
justified in the sight of God.
He came to call us when we were on the
road to hell.
And, when we repented and surrendered
to Him, He washed us in His blood and
sealed us in His Spirit!
He wrote our names in the "book of life!"

Today, Jesus is preparing a place for you
WITH Him FOREVER.
And, today, Jesus is preparing YOU for
that place!
Meditate on how Christ exemplified His
LOVE for you.
And, KNOW the power of His love to
CONSTRAIN you in performing His
purposes.
