"From REVELATION to RECREATION"
HI!
Jonathan Edwards once said,
All truth is given by revelation, either
general or special, and it must be
received by reason. Reason is the
God-given means for discovering the
truth that God discloses, whether in his
world or his Word.
The WRITTEN Word of God is His
revelation to mankind for RECREATION
of man's being.

John 1:11-13
11 He came unto His own, and His own
received Him not.
12 But as many as received Him, to them
gave He power to become the sons of
God, even to them that believe on His
name:
13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of
the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man,
but of God.

_______THOUGHT______________
Jesus came to those of His own physical
lineage, and was rejected as Messiah.
Yet, those who believed Him as the
revelation of God in a man, were given
power to become the sons of God!
Those who believed Him then, and those
who believe him NOW, are given by Christ
the POWER to be born again in the
realness of life!
Through Christ, and through the written
Word of God, we receive REVELATION
of Who God IS, and who WE should be!
That revelation leads to RECREATION!
When we are born again, it is a
MIRACLE of God that begins reforming
our minds and hearts to live for HIS
purposes.
We are not born then of the will of the
flesh, nor of the will of man, but OF GOD!
The Bible says in 2Corinthians 5:17,
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is
a new creature: old things are passed
away; behold, all things are become NEW!
We cannot be born into a family, or a
nation and automatically become a
Christian!
EACH person must come willingly to
Christ and beg forgiveness of sin.
THEN, He gives power to become sons
of God!
REVELATION leads to RECREATION!
