HI!
Sam had been “testy” all day.
Finally, Mom sent him to his room.
She told him, “You go to your room and STAY!
And, while you are there, you better PRAY;
and ask God to make you a better boy!”
Sam went to his room and knelt by his bed.
For a long time, he didn’t say anything.
Finally, he said, “God, if You can’t make me a
better boy, don’t worry about it. I’m having fun
just like I am.

God has a TEXTBOOK for our spiritual
EDUCATION.
It's called the BIBLE.
Most Christians are like the little boy in the joke
above.
We WANT to be better, but we're having too much
fun being as we ARE.
The goal of every parent is for their children to
GROW UP.
We want them to become mature adults and
make right decisions.
And that's why we TEACH them.
God's goal for Christian is to grow in Christ.
"But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our
Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be glory
both now and for ever. Amen."
(2Pet. 3:18)
When a person is saved, Jesus called it being
"BORN AGAIN."
Born into a spiritual reality.;
And our TEXTBOOK says, "As newborn babes,
DESIRE the sincere milk of the WORD that ye
may GROW thereby:" (1Pet. 2:2)
