Light from the Word.
When we look around at the world, we see tragedy, sadness, and
even fearfulness.
But when we look UP to Christ, with “prayer,” “supplication,” and
”thanksgiving” He gives us peace!
Sometimes the world makes us anxious.
But Christ gives us “the peace of God, which passeth all understanding!”
Instead of focusing on what upsets you, focus upon
what are you THANKFUL for today.
I’m thankful for JESUS!
He gave me forgiveness and raised me from drowning in sin.
I’m thankful for family!
Our 53 years of marriage has been blessed of God with
2 children, 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandsons, and another
child on the way.
I’m thankful for God’s WORD!
The Bible assures me of God’s love (John 3:16).
The Bible assures me of a joyful life (John 10:10).
