"HEAR LEARN and NOT REPEAT"
It has been said, If we do not learn from
history, we will repeat it.

2Chron. 7:12-14
12 And the LORD appeared to Solomon by night,
and said unto him, I have heard thy prayer, and
have chosen this place to myself for an house of
sacrifice.
13 If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I
command the locusts to devour the land, or if I
send pestilence among my people;
14 If my people, which are called by my name,
shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my
face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I
hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and
will heal their land.

_______THOUGHT______________
When Solomon was chosen as king after David's
death, God appeared to him.
God told Solomon, "I have heard thy prayer, and
have chosen this place to myself for an house of
sacrifice."
Much later, in Hebrews 13:15 God says, "By HIM
(Jesus) let us offer the sacrifices of praise to God
continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks
to His Name."
Still, the "rain" of justness and righteousness has
NOT filled our land.
Still, the "locusts" of wicked things have eaten
away at the holiness of God's people.
Still, the sickness and disease of
self-righteousness has invaded our land.
HEAR God's PROMISE!
He promised if His people would:
1) be HUMBLE before Him,
2) PRAY earnestly,
3) SEEK closeness with Him,
4) REPENT from wickedness (turn away from it);
THEN God will do 3 things;
1) He will LISTEN and HEAR,
2) He will FORGIVE, pardon sins, and
3) He will HEAL the LAND!
Notice, God's promise is to "MY people who are
called by HIS name."
It does not take EVERYONE in a nation to have
healing in the land!!
It only takes GOD'S PEOPLE!
Let us HEAR, LEARN and NOT REPEAT!
