It’s not about a tree with glitter.
It’s not about the presents.
It’s all about His presence!
And, it’s about a tree on a hill!

The first CHRISTmas present is God’s presence in the world.
He Who created all things by the power of simply speaking His Word is
"wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger!" (Lk 2:12)
His Name is called JESUS.
It comes from the Greek Iesous (ee-ay-sooce'),
which is a variant form of the Hebrew Yehowshuwa` (Yeh-ho-shoo'-ah).
And the meaning of those names are SAVIOR!
God's LOVE sent "His Only begotten Son" to die on the cross for our sakes!
(John 3:16)
God’s love is GIVING love!
Through this FIRST gift of His presence, He gives all other gifts of love.
From now to the day of CHRISTmas, we will be discussing some of God’s gifts.
