HI!
An elderly lady was visiting with her grandson in
Dallas, Texas.
She became ill, and was admitted to the hospital.
Her grandson’s pastor, visiting in the hospital,
stopped by to see her.
He said, "I understand you are from Memphis, Tennessee."
She answered, "Yes, I am."
He said, "Well, I just wanted to come by and pray for you."
She said, "That won't be necessary, young man.
Folk are praying for me in Memphis!"

LIGHT from the WORD.
Christian, how often are you like the lady in the hospital,
limiting God's blessings to a certain area?
Yes, "God, even our OWN God" is a PERSONAL God.
He becomes involved PERSONALLY in our lives.
God is also God to "all the people."
He is not limited to action in our lives only;
nor, in specific areas of our life;
but can act to change things in ALL areas of life!
How often do we shoulder the responsibilities of life without asking
Him for help?
How often do we struggle with our business without seeking
God's guidance?
How often are we disgruntled about our government and, yet,
do not pray for God's guidance IN our government?
Better than God SUPPLYING all our need is the fact that:
God can BECOME all our need!
God's offer is to be involved in EVERY phase and area of our lives;
and, in EVERY area of the WORLD!!
PRAISE HIM!
Praise Him in everything you do!
PRAY diligently - fervently!
Then, SEE!
See His involvement, not only in your life, but in EVERYTHING
in the world.
God IS involved, and WANTS to be MORE involved!
