There are some things we learn as we grow in knowledge.
No matter how hard you try, you cannot baptize cats.
Never hold a dustbuster and a cat at the same time.
If you want someone to listen to you, just whisper.
And,
Sometimes, you must take the test before you have
finished studying.

_______THOUGHT______________
One thing we learn as we grow older,
there is STILL MORE to LEARN!
In the Scripture above, Paul prayed for the church at
Ephesus.
His prayer included the desire for them to "KNOW the
LOVE of Christ" BECAUSE it "passeth knowledge."
Can one KNOW something that cannot be fully known?
YES! One can know the LOVE of Christ, and yet not
fully comprehend it!
One can know the love of Christ which FILLS them with
all the FULLNESS of God.
And, that fullness will cause one to OVERFLOW with
the same type of love!
For instance:
1) God's love is INFINITESMAL, but we can know His love
which brought Him to give HIMSELF for our salvation;
2) God's love is REDEEMING, because He comes to us,
calling us from sin to repentance;
3) God's love is JUSTIFYING, because He allows a sinner
like me to approach Him in prayerfulness;
4) God's love is RESTRAINING, because it KEEPS us
from condemnation and keeps back the axe of justice
while pouring out mercy;
5) God's love is ASSURING, because even when we face
turmoil in the world, we have the "peace" that passes
comprehension.
You can KNOW the love of God without comprehending
ALL of it!
So, let us know the "love of Christ" TODAY!
And, let us be persuaded to learn MORE tomorrow!
