"Love OF Purpose ON Purpose"
A cowboy came into the insurance office
and wanted to purchase a life insurance
policy.
The agent asked all the normal questions:
address, date of birth, etc.
Then he asked, "Have you ever had an
accident?"
The cowboy said, "No. I've been bitten by
a rattlesnake and kicked by a bull."
Agent, "And you don't think those are accidents?"
Cowboy, "Nope. Them critters did it on purpose!"

1 Peter 1:22-23
22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying
the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of
the brethren, see that ye love one another with a
pure heart fervently:
23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but
of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth
and abideth for ever.

It was NOT an accident that Jesus died on a cross.
It was OF purpose and ON purpose.
It was OF purpose to offer salvation to anyone.
It was ON purpose because it was "unfeigned" love!
A Christian is a "new creature" born of
"incorruptible" seed.
That seed is the "Word of God, which LIVETH and
ABIDETH forever!"
The very nature of Christ's "seed" is to produce
fruit.
One fruit of that seed is "unfeigned love of the
brethren!"
Therefore, the fruit of the Christian is to have
non-prejudical and non-hypocritical love for one
another.
Since Christians have been re-born by the "SEED"
of Christ;
Let us LOVE one another as Christ did!
Perform your love for other Christians as
UNFEIGNED:
OF the purpose to offer salvation to anyone;
and, ON purpose by determining to APPLY
ourselves.
