CONSEQUENCES!
For instance, just changing "C" to 'G'
in one word, might mean TROUBLE!

Acts 5:27-29
27 And when they had brought them, they set them
before the council: and the high priest asked them,
28 Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye
should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have
filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring
this man's blood upon us.
29 Then Peter and the other apostles answered and
said, 'We ought to obey God rather than men.'

Sometimes, Local, State and Federal laws can
CONFLICT with God's truths.
Just because man's law ALLOWS it, doesn't mean
God will CONDONE it!
Did ya ever think that the reason our locality,
State and Federal governments are so poor is
because our law's reflect man's thought processes
instead of God's TRUTH?
Recently, our State of Louisiana passed a bill that
essentially said, "The Ten Commandments must be
placed in EVERY public school classroom."
The law was signed, and placed into effect.
Then, the next thing you know, the ACLU is
SUEING the State of Louisiana!
I am apalled that even passing GOOD laws will
bring some consequences!
We have passed laws that liquor can be sold on
Sundays.
We have passed laws that gambling will be called
"gaming" and is legal.
What are the CONSEQUENCES of those laws?
We have many people driving while intoxicated!
And, we have many families which have lost
everything they had because of gambling.
Even today, some are criticizing Christians for
trying to do the right thing.
But what does God's WORD say?
We ought to obey GOD rather than MEN!
(Acts 5:29 above)
NOW is the time to do the RIGHT thing!
NEvER is the time to do the WRONG thing!
The Bible says, in 1Thess. 2:2, that Paul was
BOLD in speaking truth even among much
OPPOSITION!
THAT, my Christian friends is what we must do!
BOLDLY stand for RIGHT, and
BOLDLY stand AGAINST wrong.
OR, we'll be PAYING the CONSEQUENCES!
