"REAL LOVE"
HI!
Usually, I give my wife a box of
chocolates or flowers for Valentine's
Day.
This year, I got her 2 dozen eggs!

But God commendeth His love toward us,
in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ

Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ
also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

REAL LOVE is EXHIBITED/SHOWN in
actions beneficial for another.
God exhibited His love by dying in Christ
for us who are covered with spiritual leprosy!
Though we have severed ourselves from Him,
he came and GAVE Himself to atone for
our sin, and to OFFER us His LOVE!
Then God, through the Scripture, tells us
that we should love our spouse as He
loved us!
We should SHOW it in our actions.
Ann and I have made it a practice to say
"I LOVE you" many times each day.
After 61 years, she looks at me with all
my wrinkles and white hair and says,
"I LOVE you!"
She looks at my dirty clothes, washes, dries,
folds and puts them where I will find them.
Men, according to the same Scripture, are
to GIVE themselves for our wives!
Let me repeat:
REAL LOVE is EXHIBITED/SHOWN in
actions beneficial for another.
