On Sept. 11, 2001 devastation
shook the people of America!
EVERYONE was listening to
the news!
We watched on TV as the twin
towers came down!
I was on duty as a deputy, and
walked into our jewelry store
to be faced with the awful
truth of hatred, which struck
a blow at the heart of our
nation!
I was WITH family, and friends.
But, I never felt so ALONE!
Then, I drove to our church and
spent a long time at the altar
praying.
Because I KNEW the Scripture
above!
Public announcers, politicians,
religious leaders, began speaking
of the power of prayer!
We turned to the ONE Who
promises to face the turmoil
of life WITH us!
In the fury of religious, hatred,
America turned to the One
TRUE GOD, Who PROMISED
never to leave His people alone!
REVIVAL of REAL FAITH had
begun!
TODAY, 25 years later, I pray
we REMEMBER, and turn to
Christ AGAIN!
Let us genuinely SEEK Him,
Whose Holy Spirit is ALWAYS
present with His sincere
followers!
