THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
The pastor went into the restaraunt for lunch.
It just happened that he was seated in a booth behind some flowers.
Two men were in the booth adjacent to him and could not see him.
He heard them talking, and recognized them as some of his members.
One of them was bragging about his new radar detector.
He said, "I can now drive as fast as I want."
The other man with him said, "But you better be looking for 'the man in the sky.'"
The pastor was elated!
This man was referring to the fact that God sees everything.
Just then, he heard the other voice say, "Oh! Yes! Gotta look out for that helicopter!"

Matt 10:26
Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known.

Our Lord spoke this to the disciples as encouragement.
They were not to "fear" those who would deride, ridicule or persecute them for preaching the Gospel of Christ.
In fact, they were to preach it from the "housetops"! (Matthew 10:27)
Some people despise the preaching of the Gospel because it reveals genuine truth.
Some despise the Gospel because it teaches a day of judgment to come.
Therefore, they will belittle the message and the messenger.
We, who are of Christ, are not to "fear" them.
It is our commission from God to be His "ambassadors." (2Corinthians 5:20)
Just remember, when someone opposes the Gospel, God is EXPOSING them!
He is exposing them as those who "hold the truth in unrighteousness" (Rom. 1:18).
Today, let us gladly and boldly speak the "Good News" of God's love and offer of eternal salvation through Jesus Christ.
Love ya!
