When we look around at the world, we become “careful”, or anxious.
News reports are full of sad things and we’re filled with concern.

But, when we look up and give thanks for what we have,
the anxiety dissipates!

Tomorrow, as we sit around our homes on that special day
called THANKSGIVING, let us truly thank God for what we
God has GIVEN us!

Be thankful for JESUS!
He lifted us from the slavery of sin and gave us LIFE!
He constantly lifts us from adversity and affliction!
(See Is. 30:20-21 and (See Ppns. 1:6)

I’m thankful for FAMILY!
Our Fifty-six years of marriage has been blessed of God!
He has given us 2 children, 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandsons,
1 great-granddaughter and one on the way!

Be thankful for the BIBLE!
God’s Word constantly gives us basic principles for living;
and the secured hope of eternal life!
(See John 14:26)

GIVE THANKS!
In doing so, you will find the anxieties of life dissipate!
