LIGHT from the WORD.

True righteousness is not only a matter of growing in morality.
It is a matter of choosing to LOVE God's PRESENCE,
and to FOLLOW His Word daily.
It is a matter of loving Christ, and doing His will.

The Bible says, we should "... put on the new man,
which after God is created in righteousness and
true holiness." (Eph 4:24)

When we seek true righteousness, we cannot rejoice in
saying we have EARNED it;
but we will rejoice in knowing God has GIVEN it!

God loves to see His children LIVING in the principles
they learn from His Word!
He places His "countenance" upon them!
And, He USES them to SPEAK righteousness into
the world!

In other words, God LOVES and WATCHES OVER those
who surrender to Christ and choose to live according to
His will in their lives.

I both WANT and NEED that in my life!
Don't you?

SEEK His PRESENCE!
LEARN from His WORD!
Make DECISIONS according to His principles!

Then,
SPEAK truth in your life so it may become a
DETERRENT to sin!
