Napoleon was defeated at Waterloo.
After that defeat, he took a map and marked a red circle at the point
of Waterloo.
He said, “Were it not for that red spot, I would have conquered the
whole world.”
Jesus marked a red spot in blood at Calvary.
And by that red spot He conquered the whole world!

Light from the Word.
Adam was the first God-formed human.
He was a miracle of God.
God formed him from “the dust of the ground.” (Gen. 2:7)
Then, God “breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and
man became a living soul.” (Gen. 2:7)
Through Adam we are all given life.
Through Adam we all inherit sin which brings death.
Through Adam we are subject to the “law of sin and death.” (Rom. 8:2)
Jesus is the second God-formed human.
He is a miracle of God.
He was made flesh from the “seed” of the woman. (Gen. 3:15)
And, He is called “the Son of God”. (Luke 1:35)
Through Jesus we are offered redemption from the “law of sin and death.”
Through Jesus we can be “accepted in the Beloved!” (Eph. 1:6)
We can be “justified by faith” in Him! (Rom. 5:9)
And He will “raise up us by His own power!” (1Cor. 6:14)
LIFE!
Adam LOST it; but
Jesus REDEEMED it!
