"The MASTER Painter"
John’s factory closed, and he lost his job.
To make money, he was traveling around
the town looking for odd jobs.
One man told him, he would pay $50 if John
would paint the porch out back white.
In about an hour and a half, John had finished.
He collected his money from the man, and
started out the door.
He looked back and said,
"By the way. That is no Porche, it is a Lincoln.”

For we are God’s masterpiece.
He has created us anew in Christ Jesus,
so we can do the good things he planned for
us long ago.

God is the Master Painter, and we are the canvas.
The FIRST step in God’s painting plan is to wipe
the canvas CLEAN.
He does that when we SURRENDER to Jesus as
Lord of our lives. (Acts 3:19)
The SECOND step in God’s painting plan is to
begin painting our lives in a DIFFERENT manner.
(2Cor. 5:17)
The THIRD step in God's painting plan is to KEEP
our canvas clean! (1John 1:9)
The FOURTH step in God's painting plan is to paint
our lives in the IMAGE of Christ.
(See Eph. 2:10 above)
Now, some people come to the Master Painter
but never exhibit any real CHANGE!
WHY?
Perhaps they never really COMPLETED the FIRST
step!
Or, perhaps they are not ALLOWING God to
perform the THIRD step.
Christians, let's FOLLOW God's painting plan!
Become a CANVAS for the MASTER PAINTER!
