Today's Devotion:
"USE a Little HUMOR"
A few years ago, my wife and I
defied gravity and flew through
the air.
We were hang gliding.
________SCRIPTURE________
Jude 24-25
24 Now unto him that is able to keep
you from falling, and to present you
faultless before the presence of his
glory with exceeding joy,
25 To the only wise God our Saviour,
be glory and majesty, dominion and
power, both now and ever. Amen.
KJV
________THOUGHT___________
Sometimes, humor in life should
lead us to the Savior - Jesus.
The hang gliding instructor said,
"If you wanna fly UP to Jesus,
just push UP on the hand bar.
If you wanna come DOWN, just
pull BACK on the hand bar. BUT,
Just before ya hit the ground, be
sure to push back UP on the
hand bar. That's the BRAKES!"
JESUS is the ONLY ONE WHO
can keep us from FALLING!
He CREATED the laws of gravity
and aerodynamcs.
Men only DISCOVERED them!
The laws of gravity only CONFORM
as long as Jesus PERFORMS!
That applies PHYSICALLY and
SPIRITUALLY!
When you are seemingnly in a
dark cloud, and feeling DOWN
because of experiences or
adversities, LOOK UP to
JESUS!
Jesus will put on the BRAKES
and will lift UP your feelings!
Just THINK about it!
One blessed day, Jesus will
"present you faultless before the
presence of His glory with
exceeding joy!!"
Love ya!
