Today's Devotion:
"WEAK Vessels GREAT Treasure"

Christians are WEAK CLAY vessels, but
hold GREAT TREASURE.
When we recognize this, it put things
into a different perspective.

2 Cor 4:7
But we have this treasure in earthen
vessels, that the excellency of the power
may be of God, and not of us.
KJV

_______THOUGHT______________

Most people strive to appear successful.
That is because the world seems to equate
success with value.

Sadly, when Christians try to transfer that
mentality to faith, the focus on TRUTH is
often lost!

Many Christians want a life of roses
WITHOUT thorns!
They tend to believe comfort in life is an
entitlement from Christ.

Yet, the Scripture says, "...all that live godly
in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution."
(2Tim. 3:12)

Our bodies are weak vessels.
BUT, we have GREAT TREASURE!

Let us allow Christ to be the POWER of
our lives.

THEN, we will RELY upon HIS strength
to face each day with the TRUTH of the GOSPEL.

There is no greater power than "Christ IN
you, the hope of glory!" (Col. 1:27)
