To really KNOW Christ is to know what He
HAS done and IS doing for His children.

O Lord, thou hast pleaded the causes of my soul;
thou hast redeemed my life.

Light from the Word.
Had not Christ "pleaded the causes" of our souls
we could not have been "redeemed."
He pled the cause of slavery to sin when He died on the cross.
He paid the ransom to purchase us from that slavery with His
own precious blood.
If you know Christ at all, you know He has "redeemed" your life.
And, Christ did not stay in the grave.
He AROSE!
Therefore, He is STILL PLEADING for us today!
Christian friend, Christ not only HAS saved you;
but IS SAVING you today!!
He is pleading your causes, and KEEPING you in redemption!
You can be confident of this:
"He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until
the day of Jesus Christ:" (Phil 1:6)
Like Jeremiah, you may find yourself in the "dungeons" of life.
But you can PRAISE JESUS!
For He has "pleaded" your cause and has "redeemed" your life!
