"Who Is RIGHT"
After a particularly difficult day in Air Force
training, the Sargent was marching the troops
toward the dining hall.
At the corner of the street he called out,
"SQUADS RIGHT!"
One airman muttered under his breath,
"So now he admits it!"

Ps 119:1-6
1 Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who
walk in the law of the LORD.
2 Blessed are they that keep his testimonies,
and that seek him with the whole heart.
3 They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.
4 Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts
diligently.
5 O that my ways were directed to keep thy
statutes!
6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have
respect unto all thy commandments.

We cannot be justified before God by performing
the law perfectly.
Jesus accomplished that perfection FOR us!
We are to have "respect" to all His commandments
and TRY to keep His "precepts diligently."
Our life, as Christians, IS "directed to keep His
statutes!"
Philippians 2:13 says, "For it is God that worketh
IN you both to will and to do of His good pleasure!"
We don't work to BE saved;
We work because we ARE saved!
The truly born-again Christian is inhabited by the
Holy Spirit of God!
Because of our surrender to Christ and His will,
God grants us robes of ADOPTION, JUSTIFICATION!
Now, THAT is what gives us the reason to "have
respect unto all His commandments!"
It is HIS movement in us that causes us to "TRY
and walk in His ways."
God CALLS us His children;
ACCEPTS us in Christ;
WORKS in our heart to "SEEK" Him;
and, will GRANT us eternal glory!
