My nephew, Dr. Tony Wolfe, is the
Executive Director of the South
Carolina Baptist Convention.
He wrote a book once, called
"Death for Life."
Hmmm....wonder where he got the idea?

John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that He gave His
only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth
in Him should not perish, but have everlasting
LIFE.

_______THOUGHT________________________
In Deuteronomy 6:4, the Bible says, "Hear, O
Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:..."
That word ONE doesn't reflect singularity, in
this context it signifies UNITY, HARMONY.
To me that means, in the New Testament, that
Jesus is GOD INCARNATE.
God in a human body. (See Is. 43:11)
And, since God is eternal, that tells me that
Christ is God, and God revealed.
The manner in which God chose to illuminate
you and I is that He came fully in a human body!
The life of Jesus on earth is the greatest
manifestation to you and me of God Himself!
In John 5:39, Jesus said, "Search the Scriptures;
for in them ye think he have eternal life: and they
are they which testify of ME!"
THINK OF IT!
God in totality, came in the person of Jesus!
And, He gave HIS life in death in order that you
and I can have ETERNAL life!!
It is ONLY through surrender to Christ Jesus
that we can have ETERNAL life!
"If any man will come after me, let him deny
himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me."
(Lk. 9:23)
YOUR DEATH FOR HIS LIFE!
Have you died to self so that Christ can live
in you?
